Brie Turner

Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist

BA Psyc, PGDip psyc, Mpsyc(Clinical), MIARRP, MAPS

Brie is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a member of the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, meaning her clinical practice adheres to an endorsed professional code of conduct and sound ethical guidelines. 
 
As a clinical psychologist Brie has obtained post-graduate university qualifications in Clinical Psychology, this requires 8 years of university and practical training. Brie is also currently completing a Doctoral degree, researching help-seeking and the factors that are involved in why people may or may not seek help for self-harm and psychological difficulties.
 
Brie has over 10 years of experience in the delivery of both individual and group psychological interventions using a range of therapeutic approaches.  
 
Brie has a special interest in working with adults who have enduring psychological difficulties, in particular Borderline Personality Disorder and those with complex trauma histories. Brie has training and experience in the delivery of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Schema Therapy.
